Systems and equipment inventory

Defense Systems and Equipment Registry

The registry inventories systems and equipment context with direct, indirect, contextual, and background relationship labels.

Registry rule

A system can be direct, contextual, or background. Direct means Joel-specific evidence supports the relationship. Contextual means the system belongs to the broader institution or operating environment.

Defense and public-sector systems

The registry includes Patriot air defense, test events, satellite communications, secure networks, healthcare procurement systems, contract documentation, dashboards, capital controls, and supplier-risk systems.

No overclaiming

The registry does not convert institutional context into personal program credit. It is designed for discoverability with citation discipline.
